classified ad template and test phprunner 5

I am thinking about redoing my entire classified ad system on a couple of websites. I been playing with phprunner 5 and the classified ad template. I currently have 4.2 and will be purchasing the upgrade.
My question is really for the classifed ad template. I love the replyto and send to a friend features. But I loaded the template and upload to my server and it does not send a message in either froms. I know that my site does send forms and such because I do it with my website now.
Is there a reason that the forms don't work? Is it because I am using ver 5 and and it is in test mode?
CORRECTION: send to friend works, but reply to owner does not work. tested several times

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.
Please publish your project on Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

Okay I uploaded demoaccount, but it will not let me view account. So I have no idea what to send you on how to access it.
I had uploaded to my server to test at: http://www.seeourhorse.com/ads/clreply_add.php is an example of it not sending the email to the owner of the ad. The send to friend works fine. I did not change any of the coding or template, just build and uploaded.
