PHP Errors in add & search pages!

Hi!
I was building a whole site which includes 37 states in a country...I was almost half way finish with the project....17 states are there and working as they should...but lately (yesterday & today) I am trying hard to overcome these errors I recieve!
I guess the problem is that inbetween these states I used the PHPRunner to create a table and project with a complitly different subject , language and server and URL...when I came back to my main project which is different in everyway...I recieve these errors which I will post in pictures below;
The errors is experienced when one clickes on 'add new' and 'advanced search' in the list page!

Hi,
please make sure you use latest PHPRunner update:

http://www.asprunner.com/files/phprunner-setup.exe
Also try to reset these pages on the Visual Editor tab.
If it doesn't help publish your project on Demo Accoun and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

My PHPRunner is pretty new actually...it's v 4.2
i wanted to reinstall the phprunner 4.2.it should solve these errors I've got..but the download link provided to me by xlinesoft is not working anymore

http://www.asprunner.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7148 <---- these 2 links gives me a download of 5.0 version...I don't want that now...first I have to solve the problem with the versions I have knowledge of and bought...then I'll buy the new version in the near future,,
I need a working links for downloads to PHPrunner 4.1 and PHPrunner 4.2
I searched all the internet..and there is no download link to those versions...I need them!
