I recommend you to send URL of phprunner.php along with MySQL username and password to support@xlinesoft.com for investigation. |

Hello. Please forgive me if this has appeared before, but I can't seem to match any similar questions in the archives. I have created two a MySQL databases 4.1 and 5.0 via my GoDaddy Control Panel Configuring PHPRunner to connect to the database (With correct Server address, Database/Username and Password) for both databases returns "Cannot connect to database" Firewalls are off. PHPRunner.php script installed on homepage. Connects to the databases and returns list of Databases. Viewing Schema returns a blank page, in Firefox and IE! Have run testdb.php on host site with success. What am I doing wrong? I've spent the last few hours trying to work out where I may be going wrong. The only thing I can think of is that GoDaddy are restricting Remote access to the database. This does not explain why connecting via PHP fails also. Anyone's help will be most welcome.
