Project .phpr size above 100Mb

Hello,
One of my .phpr project file has the size of 102Mb and PHPRunner is performing very slow when I need to make a modification on my project.
I'm running 5.0 with build 435.
If someone has any kind of hint, it is kindly appreciated. The project is small, there is something wrong with this thing.
