Windows Vista Ultimate and deleting fields

In using PHPRunner under Windows Vista Ultimate, if I modify a table and delete a field, it crashes the application, and from then on, everytime I open the project, the app crashes.
If I add the field back via MySql admin, it works fine.
Your thoughts?

It's difficult to tell you what's happening without seeing actual files.

Do you receive error messages?

Hi Jane,
It's not project specific. With any project on the Vista machine that happens. If I do the same on a Windows XP machine it works fine.
