master-detail table, problem with detail add

Hi, Could someone advise me
The detail table has the security which is users only can edit their own data but see others.
The add new button shows up and work, could add a new record, when detail list page is present via master table.
Is it right?
The edit link is not present, and delete button function doesn't work.
I think edit and delete work correctly, but add does not.
