Floating Licence?

I was just wondering if the PHPRunner license is a floating license.

A floating (roaming) license allows multiple users to share use of an application.

With a floating license, if one user is using the software, all other users will be rejected with a warning message. When the user finishes using the software , another user can begin using it.

You can make PHPRunner application to keep track of current logged user and rejects other logins.
The problem is you cannot accurately say if logged user is idle or closed the browser already. This will work if you can make users log out explicitly.

Let me clarify,

I'm asking if PHPRunner itself is a floating license. I'm using it here at work, and let's say I'm on vacation for a week, can someone else here install PHPRunner and use my license as long as I'm not using it?

No, PHPRunner license is tied to named developer.
