It sounds like template files are not processed correctly.
Here is what you can do:

  1. Download and install the latest ASPRunnerPro update

    http://www.asprunner.com/files/asprunnerpro31a.exe
  2. If you use custom templates you have to recreate templates after installing the latest update.
