Permissions, etc

Hi,

I've tried to modify "Real Estate" template so that the only person that creates/adds a record can edit it. I also want the Admin user to be able to make the changes.

Do I have to add a 'created by' column to every table or is that done 'automatically'?

The HELP file in this area isn't clear.
