Can someone tell me if anyone has used ASP Runner in Dreamweaver? Thanks

You can use Dreamweaver to modify generated visual files in Templates directory.
You can also develop your template in Dreamweaver and use header and footer approach to incorporate it into generated application. Watch "How to integrate ASPRunnerPro application into existing website" tutorial at http://xlinesoft.com/asprunnerpro/tutorial.htm.
