Guest Login

I found php runner, and it might just be what I am looking for. WE have a number of MysQL dbs that I want to give access to people in our company,. I understand how to give admin rights to certain people for the dBs they own, but at step 9, I go to advanced security, and check "add login as guest with readonly access". After I build and save the project, I go to the login page, but when I click "login as guest" I get "You don't have permissions to access this table. Back to login page"
