Allow a chart to be a detail link

Allow a chart to be specified as a detail record and the click then takes you to the chart with the filter selected.
(E.g. let's say you designed a chart to show currencies traded per customer, you could then set the chart as the detail for the customer table and clicking on the link would show the chart for the currencies for that customer).

I want to emphasize that i think this would be a great enhancement and would like to mention the same goes for reports.
