Fields not showing up on webpage

Hello!
I am stuck ona problem I can not figure out.
In visual editor, I use the drop down menu to insert fields, and I insert a couple fields and arange them the way I want them positioned.
It all looks good in visual editor but when I upload the fields are not there.
I tested this many time with no luck.
If I reset the page everything works fine. But when I delete some field form the editor and re -add them where i want them they never show up once I publish them.
I looked at the htm tempate file and I see the code there for the fields, but when I look at the source code online once published I am able to confirm the code for the fields are note there.
Any suggestions.

please make sure you have checked off these fields on the Choose fields tab in the PHPRunner.
If it doesn't help publish your project on Demo Account and send to support@xlinesoft.com a URL to your pages along with instructions on reproducing this error.

I'll find what's wrong with your project inspecting it at Demo account site.

I have double checked the field and made sure they are check. I have rechecked them and re-added them to the page with still no luck.
I have uploaded to demo account with my new account

The pages are up but will be able to interact with DBase server because it only allow interaction when it is a server hosted off my providers network.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help witht he solution.
