I added some additional datafields to an existing database table. Ran ASPRunner, moved the fields in the order I wanted them to display, ran build but the new fields are all stacked together at the top of the listing.
Tried it several times set them in the order I wanted on both the list page, and step 9 I believe it was.
Before 3.1, this worked fine, now you have to start from scratch be removing the table in access, running ASPRunner. Re-creating the table with the new fields, run ASPRunner.
Are you aware this is happining?

Rick,
please check the latest ASPRunnerPro update where this error should be fixed.

I installed the new version, re-ran ASPRunner and adjusted the new field positions, but the new fields still end up as the last items _edit.asp file.
Any suggestions?

Thank you

Rick,
I still cannot reproduce this error. Here is what I do:

  1. Point ASPRunnerPro to the sample database and build ASP pages
  2. Close ASPRunner, add couple of fields to the database and open the same project
  3. Proceed to Fields order and totals tab in ASPRunnerPro and change field order on some pages.
  4. Run ASP pages in browser to see new fields at correct positions.
If this doesn't help you can zip and send your project file along with the sample database to support@xlinesoft.com for investigation.
