Email Options w/ Shopping Cart

I am having trouble finding some options to change in the shopping cart. When an order is placed, the email I receive is from milk@xlinesoft.com. I need to change this email address to something else and cannot find where to change it. Also, when an order is placed, where does the order go to? Or what email address does the order go to? I need to know where I can change this option also.
Any help is appreciated

I would like to delete an item from the shopping cart. Can you please supply me with the code for the cart_fns.php and the checkout.php files.

I'm not sure that I understand your question.

There are no cart_fns.php and checkout.php files in the ShoppingCart template. Please clarify what do you want to edit.
