How can I Limit Number of Records Printed

I would like to provide a print option for the users of my site but I would like to restrict the number of entries they can actually print. I have disabled the 'Print all Pages' option on the list view, but I would like to restrict the number of records that can be selected and printed. Is this possible?

Hi,
to change number of records on the print page proceed to the Choose pages tab, click on the small button near print option and edit Number of record per page.

I'm actually trying to restrict the maximum number of entries allowed to be displayed in the list after a search. Is that possible?
