Just had a complaint from a user that they can't always remember the value of the dropdown (or rather the first characters to type in the field for ajax recognition).
It would be useful to have a clickable icon beside the boxes (say a ?) that brings up a paginated list of values in the popup much like an add new.
We've too many to allow as a dropdown and this woudl neatly solve that.
