ADMIN access under DYNAMIC PERMISSIONS

Hi,
I seem to miss something on my way to ADMIN access, whatever I am trying, the system refuses to let me in, I had been adding several ADMIN accounts to try to get a workaround, yet no way..., so, I switched back to STATIC issue for the time being, anyway, I saw the DYNAMIC PERMISSION during some other past projects, hence my brainstorming now. Any fact finding mission relaed hint welcome.

have you selected admin account on the Set initial permissions dialog?

To open this dialog click on the Add admin user button on the User group permissions dialog on the Visual Editor tab.

thx 4 posting. I did..., after phpmyadministrating the relevant SQL table and clean-up of old things seen (I had been adding total 4 admin accounts) to enable me to start from scratch, of course accompanied by fresh code generation and subsequent uploads, no way to login, seems as if I would need to create the project from scratch, to track whether I had been missing here while building the project, if by then the login problem shall persist after "fresh meat" status, I shall post again.
