Server object error 'ASP 0228 : 80004005'

I'm getting the following error when I place my site on my web host:
Server object error 'ASP 0228 : 80004005'
Server.Execute Error
/kyrellc/output/tblresults_list.asp, line 0
The call to Server.Execute failed while loading the page.
Any idea how to solve this?

Solved my own problem. I'm not really sure why but this issue was caused by clearing the Header.asp. As soon as I restored it the problem went away.
