Menu Order

I've been working on a project for a while. Each time I add a connection to a table, that connection is listed next on the menu.asp page. I would like to figure out how to get them in another order. Do I have to manually edit the menu.asp page to accomplish this? Do I have to manually edit the default.asp page as well?
For instance, right now I have

Business Listing

Category Listing

Board Listing
I'd like for them to be

Board Listing

Business Listing

Category Listing
