General Protection Fault

ASPRunnerPro General questions

Can anyone help me. It seems that technical support by xline is solely at the influence and descretion of the so called "company". When I create a new project in ASPRunner I can work on the project several times and not have any problems. Then out of the blue I will open the project that was previously saved and get a General Protection Fault Error. This has happened several times and I am quite discusted with no response e-mails from x-line soft. It seems that they have no concern over bugs in their system and their policy of "Getting back" with you the next day does not take into effect that their slack presence might be creating a stoppage of some sort. So If there are any other users with this problem I would appreciate some help in figuring out why this is happening.

Sincerely,

Don Payseur

Hi Don-
Spouting off in the forum for help will not get you anywhere. I know that you live in a world of immediacy and you need everything right away though. Try slowing down a little, ask for help nicely and remember that accuracy is not speed. Best of luck to you.

I've never had a gpf with any of Sergey's products - is your computer in a healthy state?
BTW the forum is the best place for most kinds of questions - if you look through it you will see pretty well all questions have been answered by admin.
Sergey is VERY helpful with problems, and answers even the most idiotic questions in a patient manner - so keep trying!!

Chris and Pete,
thank you for your support. I really appreciate it!
Donald - thank you for pointing me to this bug which was fixed in latest ASPRunnerPro update. Check your email for more details (I sent you updated project file).
