Hi,
I wish to make a custom Header for a print page with the company address in it, and a custom footer with images in it, is there an easy way to do this, or do I need to edit the pages manually?

you can add your code to the include/header.php and include/footer.php files.

This might seem like a daft question, but do we create these header and footer files ourselves? Have searched through my project's output folders and have not found them.

I did, as I did the same as you, and could not locate any, so I made them with dreamweaver and saved them to the include folder, Problem was, I made them too big so they overwrote everything, so I deleted them.

Thanks swanside. Created my own, and after a little tweaking, looks good (even if I do say so myself <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=24482&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' /> )
