Normally the front line people will see a task on their screen where the status is waiting or in progress, and when they change the status to completed it should leave their screen but show up on the office administrator screen.
In 4.0 I used to be able to update the status and the record would clear the list and show up in the admin list.
When I change to 5.1 I get an error and I suspect it is related to refresh because if I leave the page and go back to it I find the record has moved.
How can I fix this?
