Foto size in fields?

I have a database with employees, and have pictures of the person in it, by defining as file based image. However the sizes are not always the same.

Can the program automaticly rescale the pictures so that all will have the same size?

Hi,
After you set View as type to File-based image in ASPRunner click on Change ... and set image width and height.
