Upload Path Changed

I have a project that I have an upload field . I have it set to upload documents or files to that folder. I have setup the path in asp runner pro 5.1 . I already have had this running with 4.1. and the path works fine . In 5.1 the upload path does not seem to work. If I look at the link while testing the folder listed in asprunner edit/add setup does not show.

Upload folder

../Tournaments
does not show in the url when testing.

Did something change in 5.1?
The url is missing the Tournaments folder.

It shows the output folder instead of going back one directory. The document folder is outside the project . This always worked in the past.
