VAT CALCULATION

I notice that you removed my question from the forum.

The VAT problem is not solved yet.

In Europe all countries have to pay VAT BUT if customer has a VAT number (company) he does not need to pay the VAT.

So I need a field for customers with VAT number, if yes then No VAT added to the order.

I presume to check the VAT number you need a special calculation.

And for all European countries we have a prefix so for Belgium BE, for The Netherlands NL and so on.
I have also a problem with the VAT on shipping & handling: VAT should be calculated on shipping and handling as well.
Please inform me how to do this?

In the shopping cart before place the order, the calculation is correct.

But when order is placed, the VAT is dispappeared
