FTP Problems with Upload

Hello:
PHPRunner 4.1 Build 320
Several times a day my upload (via FTP) will hang for about 1 to 2 minutes... It will then complete but the last uploaded item is empty (in other words it uploads a NULL file).
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Two things to check:

  1. Use Passive mode in FTP location settings
  2. Make sure firewall/antivirus software does not block PHPRunner

Using Passive Mode solved the problem!
