choosing columns to export

I would like to get when I export my columns to get the the choice of choosing what I would like to export
example:
I have colomns 1 , 2 , 3 ;

and I would like to export 1, 3 only ;
or

I would like to export by 3, 1 ;

You can choose which fields to export on "Choose fields screen".

Fields order can be chosen on "Fields order and totals" screen.

hi at this screenshot
and I have 9 fields of rows ,so what i would like to do is when people choose export they get the choice to choosing what they would like to see and witch order
example in this screenshot
I would like to choose only (DMS d'attente, région, clsc and csss) to export and I dont want others to be exported
or

I would like starting by (csss, clsc, DMS d'attente and région)
Is to give people the choice exporting what they need as field and starting by witch field and end by what also.
