Hi All,
I need to validate and process customers' VISA or MasterCard payments immediately.
No shopping cart. I just pay bills for customers, and charge $0.25 per bill.
How do I set this up?

  1. Set up online merchant account.
  2. ???
  3. ???
    Where do I send payment info to process? Can I build a website for this with PHPrunner software?

Yes, you can build this website using PHPRunner.

Yes, you need to open a merchant account. You may want to contact your bank in this regard.
