Possible File Upload Field Bug

I am getting the following error when I add a File Upload Field to a project, the project works fine before I add this, if I try to change the field back to just a normal text box it still gives me this error and I have to completely re-build the project from scratch, I get this error when I try to delete a record that has a file upload field.

I am using the latest Build 5.1, if I build it using build 5.0 then it is OK.
I have uploaed it to my demo account and the url is:

please contact me directly explaining how do I reproduce it.

I deleted a record without any problems.

Sergey,
If you click on "i-Audit Issues" link and then try to delete the record there. This is where I get the error, I can delete the main record with no problems.
