We are having also a trouble with the upgrade to 313 (unable to open project files). Don't you by chance still keep a copy of PHPR Build 312? If yes, sincere thanks if you could send it by email to Sarah at <<jpt_associates@yahoo.com>>

I just ran an update from 312 ro 313 build, I can see the new languages under "regional settings", yet, the .lng files are missing, are these new files meant for separate download ???

I recommend you to contact our support team with more detailed problem description. Build 312 works exactly the same way as build 313.

In the past several months we got twice troubles with the updated versions of PHPR, sometimes getting a new version everyday <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=22774&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> . The solution was to re-build the projects from scratch. This forced us to keep all projects in two parallel computers one running the version of the day, the other last known stable.
Because this is cumbersome, I think would be fair if you keep for download at least the latest betas for a while (one month or so) in case of emergency recovery of project files.
