How to create a mini search with drop downs?

Hi,
Could some one give me a simple codes of a program to make a mini search....which can search trough a site...and for making the end result of what I want ...I post a screen shot of a page which has it!

Hi Alexy,
Could you tell me how to change the values in a way...that they would search between two values!
For example.....if we say we are talking about cars!
First drop down would say "from the year 2002" and a drop down beside it would say "to the year 2007"
I mean the search could search between the two numbers of years...could I do that by the changing the advance serach?....and how would I do that?
