Export selected question build ASPRunner 309

Hi,
With build 309, upon selecting several records in list view and having chosen "export selected", asprunner returns the following error upon selecting any of the choices from export.asp. I have tried reseting the pages, but it's a no-go.
Error Type:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E14)

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression '( or [case_No]=2093 or [case_No]=2103 or [case_No]=2087 or [case_No]=2114 or [case_No]=2152 or [case_No]=2125) and ([accnt_no]='HA505')'.

/Chgometro1/include/commonfunctions.asp, line 1117
Any ideas as to where to start looking to correct this?
