	In order to upgrade contact us at support@xlinesoft.com sending your order number. You can use the same header/footer approach to limit page width. Just make sure you insert header and footer in proper places. If you like to implement submenus I recommend to modify list page in Visual Editor. If you have a problem doing this feel free to post your app to Demo Account and send me the URL where I can see this.
