Hi.. Why are some topics seemingly skipped over by the admin. Is there a certain type or some member criteria used to decide what to answer ? I just had a really burning question that my boss wanted to know, and I told him how great this forum was.. but then I got skipped over.
Even So.. You always give very good answers, I have to say.
Just Curious.

Good question. I'll try to explain how it works.
This is not a support forum. This is basically a member to member community forum where people can ask questions, exchange ideas and learn a thing or two about our software.
If question is not asnwered that means one of the following:

  • no easy answer exist
  • we leave a chance for someone else to answer the question
  • question is not clear or doesn't make much sense
    If you are a paying customer you need to contact our support team directly at support@xlinesoft.com.

    We do monitor this forum however support emails are getting a higher priority.
