- Is there a way to prompt the user for text to be put in the message or subject part of the email? For instance, the user is rejecting or approving the record and that user may need to quantify his reason for rejection, what is the best way to handle that?
- Can a url be sent in the email with the proper record identifier so that the user need only click on it to get to the record? What does that do to user login, does it still prompt the user for credentials?
