PHPRunner General questions

Greetings to all!!
My style sheets are located where they should be on my website but none of my database files are being affected by them.
I have deleted all my files, uninstalled PHPRunner, ran a program to delete any old files and registries, reinstalled PHPRunner, did a new project totally from scratch but nothing works.
I recently added a new table using PHPRunner and everything was working fine.
What in the heck could I have done???

Thanks but that did not work. I tried to upload my db to the demo site to see if that would give any clues but it said something about a file being missing. I am going to try it again.
Any thoughts? It appears that the files are not finding the "include" files they need from the 'cgi-bin/include'/ folders. I deleted everything from my server and upload it from scratch. That did not make a difference either!
