First off. Great job to the support staff here. Sergey and the crew should all be very proud of this product.
I have had an application built by phprunner 3.0 for quite some time now.

For some reason, some users that come to the login page, cannot see the Password field.

Other IE7's are just fine.
One user swears he has cookie enabled and javascript enabled. I thought maybe the no cookie thing would for some reason stop the Password field.
Before I go off in 8 different directions, Have you guys ever heard of this. Is it some setting in there IE7 setup??
Any suggestions on where or what I can tell these folks would be greatly appreciated.

Bump **
I know this may seem like an IE question, and yes I still using the older version of phprunner, I just thought as the login code is generated by phprunner, untouched and yet some IE7 Browsers, not all and not many, but some the password field is gone. User name field is there in all its glory, just no password label or input box or go button. Just gone. I asked one user to give his monitor a shake. Maybe it just fell off. Users havent got much humor.
The only thing I was thinking is the input is of Type password. I was just looking to your experience to say, Hey they have that switch on, or something like that.
Any suggestions of where I could look, before I have to physically go out to the users location and see for myself. Of 200 users we have had 2, both with an IE7, call as they could not login.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

Dale,
shaking the monitor is probably one of the first things I would try in order to fix this.
Anyway, send me the URL where I can see this issue.

If your users can manage a screenshot of the login page it would be nice also.
