Hi,
Every time I open a project file I get the message:
"You have opened a project file created in an older version of the program, which does not have a project directory assigned. Click Yes to choose a project directory"
I click Yes and choose a project directory, but the next time I open the same project, I get the same message.
If I open the project file in a text editor I can see the line: <project app="PHPRunner" version="4.0" build="265">
How can I resolve this?

Next time you have to open the project from the new location.
It looks like you still trying to open older project.

Sergey,
I saved my project into a new directory, copied across other relevant files and the message stopped appearing.
Today, the message started to appear in another project. This project was created in Build 265 and has been working fine for over a week. The original project has now also started showing the message again.

Gordon

Gordon,
looks like you moved your project fiel to another location or deleted visual and tmpsubfolder from project directory.
Next time you have to open the project from the new location.

Alexey,
The project was OK when I opened it this morning. I re-generated a couple of times, quit PHPRunner, and then re-started PHPRunner and opened the same project and I get the error message. I did not move my project file to another location or delete visual and tmp subfolder from project directory. As far as I can see, nothing has changed. It now effects two projects which were both working fine before.

Gordon,
make sure each project resides in it's own directory.

If you have two project files in the same directory you will be asked to pick a new directory for the project.

Sergey,
Each project is in its own directory. PHPRunner was used to create the new directory under the projects folder
