Project size has grown out of control with all the recient features. The application I'm working on now uses over 20 projects, several of which are over 6MB each. There should be a folder structure that allows multiple projects to share common files.

This is extremely needed for everybody. My case I habe more than 100 projects some of then litle pages and some are several and for eacho of those I have duplicated the same files over and over again.

Very Good suggestions

Absolutely Needed - Agreed!

We users have to invent our own structures to try to facilitate this but getting a basic core infrastructure provided by phprunner to facilitate would be hugely useful for scalability, singular login, centralized themes and styles and so on... I'd like to see some phprunner authors notes/concepts/ideas about this. It's hard for us users to figure this stuff out because we are often faced with too much demand to get some functional applications done and all that extra internal/deep development gets little time [sigh!].

If you were to do this then you'd need a common directory that was a per build version, otherwise if you built project A and B with build 123 of phprunner, then built project C with build 130 you may find that the common files aren't compatible.
