When selecting; "Upload via FTP"
you can subsequently select FTP locations or create new ones.
I have 2 FTP locations from previous versions. The locations work. And I can change their properties and they still work. Also if I change to a different server etc.
But if I create a new one it does not work. And I am sure about the log-on credentials. The 2 existing ones work, also when changed. But any subsequent new ones fail to log on.
This problem may also have been there in previous versions.

I wasn't able to reproduce this error.

Could you give me your ftp connection info? I connect to your server, reproduce and investigate this error.

I tryed again. And found the reason for my problem.

A stupid typo that I had repeated again and again.
Sorry to have wasted your time. This was really embarrasing.
But then again, comma and dot sits very close to each other on the keyboard.
