I have been testing the new version 5.0 (build 241) and have noticed that dependent drop down menus don't seem to work once the pages are built. The dependent drop down works properly when selecting "test it" from the properties menu. However, when you build and test the pages the dependent drop down is always empty/blank when trying to add a new record (contains the text "please select"). List and view pages work fine, when editing an existing record, the following error is displayed:

The database I am using was previously built with version 4.1 (build 225) - if I re-build the database with Version 4.1 then the dependent drop downs all work properly - as do edit, list, view and add new pages.
Is this a bug with version 5? Or am I missing something?
