problem edit lookup mode for add on fly feature

When adding a record in the database using the lookup feature and you add a new field value on the fly, it adds a new data base record with that new value and all the other fields blank. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=4994&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':angry:' /> If one of the fields a key field then a problem is created when you add the second field on the fly. If you add fields on the fly in another table then the generation doesn't work correctly and also bombs.
