 templates_c directory is writable by the web server user

Ok, my host fixed this problem above.

Then, I thought I would do this in the future, since I'll have to ask them, every time I set up an another database with phprunner in the future.

So, I down loaded putty, setup SSH shell, logged in to command window, tried to command prompt following my host 's(linux) instructions, back and force with myhost all day all night yesterday, no success.
Anybody had a same problem with templates_c directory ?

Ever since this new scheme, it causes havoc on production servers. web server folders are not expected to be writable by the web server. So often new projects fail on production. We have various workarounds to make templates_c writable, but I hope a future release will pregenerate whatever goes there. Makeing that directory writable by apache is cumbersome and we think opens up a potential security issue
