Problems with local IIs

ASPRunner.NET General questions

I purchased ASPRunnerNet 3.0 yesterday and after the install , I am unable view pages within ASPRunnerNet unless I set-up a virtual directory in IIs first that points to the Project folder. For example Virtual Directory DotNet points to C:\ASPDotNet\projects\Test
Other wise, the following error message displays: either "this page can not be displayed" or worse yet the message:
Failed to execute the request because the ASP.NET process identity doesn not have read permissions to the global assembly cache.
Perhaps, you could share some guidelines regarding how to set up the OutPut Directory as ASPRunnerNet 3.0 appears to quite different from ASPRunner Pro 4.1 for the section.
Current System Configuration for Development: Windwos XP Pro SP2, ASP.Net 2.
Thanks,

In ASPRunner.NET 3.0 you need to create virtual directory on "Output directory" tab hitting "New" button.

It works this way because in ASPRunner.NET you need to choose .NET framework version prior to virtual directory creation.

Still there is no need to go to IIS and create virtual directory there.
