Problem with Uploading to Web

I had a problem with the uploading to web. If for some reason it doesnt load the files and you need to stop it it wont let you back to your project to save it. This is build 212 of version 3.1. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if maybe I just had a bad setting.
