System Error 5 #2147467259

your program generated some good looking files, but if I can't connect, they are worthless.
any ideas on the 2147467259 error (system error #5)
I have checked permisions on my Oracle directory and 'everyone' has permision to do read/write/modify
any clues?

I too have encountered this problem. However, I think there is a solution.
I noticed that I have been runing 9i drivers against a 9i DB from VB and everything is fine. Connect through the web and I recieve the error you posted.
I since rolled back to 8i drivers, since I have both installed, and ran ASPRunner against an 8i database with 8i drivers and Micrsoft ODBC for Oracle and it works fine.
So I checked with our admin and he said yes we have 8i drivers on our server. So the next step is to upgrade the server to 9i drivers. I believe this will fix the problem. I'll post the results as soon as I get the drivers installed and tested.
