ASPRunnerPro 4.1 update (build 225 - February 2, 2007)

This update include two new features.

  1. Thumbnails
    Use this feature to generate thumbnails for uploaded images. List/View pages will display thumbnail with a link to full size image.

    Thumbnails are supported for both database-based and file-based images.
    This feature requires ASPJpeg component installed on the server.
  2. More Rich Text Editors support.
    This update supports the following Rich Text Editors:

Make sure you check manual for more info on installing and using these plugins.
3. Export to PDF.

Current version supports only JPEG and GIF files export.
4. New HTML editor with syntax highlighting. Also fixes 32K source file size limitation.
5. Print/export selected records
6. Download file is digitally signed now
7. FTP upload routine updated.

I just installed this version of ASPRunner and made some changes to an existing project. Uploaded it and now I am having problems logging in. Cannot login. I tried it with other apps and it seems to work fine. Thanks!

is there a way using ASP runner with thumbnails feauture WITHOUT forsing us to buy the commercial scripts like ASPJPEG?

asp jpeg is costly for a server license 495usd.

ASP doesn't have builtin functionality to manipulate images which means third party components are required.
I would recommend to find a webshost that already has ASPJpeg installed.
