Loosing SQL queries...

The project I am working on contains several queries for datasource tables ("Edit QSL query manually"). This works fine until I shut down PHPrunner. On restart all manually changed queries are lost and I get the standard queries again.

Is there anything I am doing wrong?

please check PHPRunner maintenance release where similar issue was fixed:
