date interval on top of list page

I would like to be able to select a date interval on top of a list page so that I can filter the displayed data. At the moment it's possible to do such a search but just for a date after or before a given one. The ideal would be to move in the list page the date field in the advanced search that allows to select the between interval.

Do you please have any idea on how to do that. Thank you very much for any idea.

You can move some search controls from the advaned search page to the list page and mimic advanced search page behaviour.
Cannot tell if that will be easy to implement.
